2026 Season | Ways of Wine
April 15 | Spring Pour
We begin Ways of Wine with a focus on freshness. This evening explores wine-making styles that preserve vibrancy and clarity through stainless steel fermentation, minimal oak, and early harvesting techniques.
Expect bright whites, lively rosés, and cool-climate selections paired with a four-course menu from Wilder inspired by the season. Held at The Granary, Spring Pour celebrates renewal in both vineyard and field.
May 13 | In the Garden
Held in the Windy Hill garden, this gathering explores wine-making styles that emphasize texture, structure, and depth. Skin-contact wines, extended maceration, and amphora-aged selections spend additional time on the skins, creating layered aromatics and a richer mouthfeel.
Paired with a four-course menu from Wilder inspired by what is growing on the farm, In the Garden highlights how vineyard and field evolve together in late spring.
June 10 | Champagne & Chicken
Held at the Farmhouse, this gathering explores the traditional method of sparkling wine production. Through secondary fermentation in bottle and extended time on the lees, these wines develop fine bubbles, structure, and depth.
The evening highlights the craftsmanship behind classic sparkling styles. Paired with a four-course menu from Wilder featuring a refined take on fried chicken, Champagne & Chicken celebrates the balance of elegance and comfort at the height of early summer.
July 8 | A Fresh Take
This gathering explores natural wine-making styles that challenge convention while honoring tradition. Through native yeast fermentation, minimal intervention, and limited additives, these wines express a more transparent connection to vineyard and vintage.
Expect selections that are vibrant, textural, and sometimes unexpected. Paired with a four-course menu from Wilder, A Fresh Take highlights how thoughtful restraint in the cellar can create wines that feel alive and honest.
August 12 | Cordoni Maser Winery
For August’s Wine Gathering, we welcome Cordoni Maser Winery as our featured winemaker. Guided by sommelier Maja Roy, guests will explore a curated selection of wines that reflect the winery’s unique approach, regional character, and commitment to craftsmanship.
The evening will be paired with a four-course menu from Wilder inspired by the abundance of late summer on the farm. Together, the wines and menu create a thoughtful exploration of season, place, and the stories behind every bottle.
September 16 | Harvest Table
Set in the field at the height of harvest, this gathering explores wine-making rooted in Old World tradition and minimal intervention. These wines reflect native yeast fermentation, restrained use of oak, and a philosophy that allows terroir to lead.
Expect selections that are structured, earthy, and expressive of place. Paired with a four-course menu from Wilder inspired by the harvest season, Harvest Table brings vineyard and field together in an evening that honors time and land.
