Booking Conditions:

Deposit: A 50% deposit of entire stay is due at the time of booking.

Room Rate: Room rates include the nightly rate, three daily meals with non-alcoholic beverages, and complimentary activities. All charges, except for hunting, will be subject to an additional 20% resort fee. Sales and occupancy tax will be assessed at check-out.

Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: Before 12:00 PM

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation notice is required 14 days prior to your reservation for a full refund of your deposit or to reschedule to a more convenient date. Please Note: The Farmhouse and bookings made on holidays or events require 30-day cancellation notice.
