Each hunt begins at Wilder, where a hearty, farm-fresh meal sets the tone for the day and brings hunters together around the table. From there, the experience unfolds across rolling East Tennessee fields thoughtfully restored with native grasses that provide ideal cover for quail and deliver the enduring excitement of a covey rise. In the field, professional guides and well trained dogs lead the way, shaping each outing to match your group’s pace, comfort, and expectations.
Our best value, this package pairs guided upland hunting with refined accommodations designed for rest and renewal. After a day in the field, settle into single occupancy lodging in the Lodge for a restful evening. Packages include:
2-gun minimum / 4-gun maximum per group
Professional guide with trained pointing and flushing dogs
Up to 30 quail harvested per hunter, per day
Harvested birds cleaned, vacuum sealed, and packaged
Additional birds available at $12 each
Breakfast, lunch, and cocktail snacks at Wilder included
Price per gun, plus tax. Guide gratuity is not included. A customary gratuity of $50 or more per hunter, per session, is appreciated and paid directly to your guide.

For those new to the sport, our Introduction to Quail Hunting offers an approachable way to experience the joy of the field. Founder Steven Brewington leads the session, sharing not only hunting fundamentals but also the story of Windy Hill’s conservation work. With personal instruction, time at the clays stand, and the companionship of our well-trained dogs, this experience ensures your first hunt feels both comfortable and unforgettable.
