Dining at Wilder

Dinner reservations are available from 5:00 to 8:15 PM. Breakfast and lunch may be enjoyed at your leisure and do not require advance reservations.
Available Thursday and Friday evenings | $225 per person. Appalachian Nature is Wilder’s evolving tasting menu, inspired by the landscapes, seasons, and foodways of our region. The first menu in the series, Watershed, follows the path of water through Appalachia, from mountain headwaters and winding creeks to river valleys and the Gulf beyond. Across ten courses, the journey unfolds through preserved trout, wood-grilled mushrooms, garden vegetables, quail, Gulf fish, venison, muscadines, benne, and other ingredients rooted in the region.

Housekeeping Preferences

Your stay includes a daily housekeeping refresh and evening turndown service. While you are away enjoying the farm, our team will refresh your accommodation, replenish amenities and prepare the space for your return. During dinner, we will return for turndown service, creating a calm and comfortable welcome at the end of the evening. If you prefer to decline either service, please let us know below.
