Dinner at Wilder features a thoughtfully prepared four-course menu that highlights seasonal ingredients. The evening begins with a champagne and caviar welcome at the Watchhouse. Courses include Atlantic lobster tail with brioche and brown butter, roasted quail with popcorn and sorghum, black grouper with champagne and leeks, and charred venison with juniper and pear. After dinner, guests are invited upstairs to enjoy an Ice Cream and Sorbet Bar, offering a sweet and relaxed close to the meal.Optional wine pairings are available for $55/per person.
Overnight guests enjoy an elevated, celebratory evening on the property, complete with unlimited champagne throughout the night. Nightly rates are based on double occupancy and include accommodations, dining at Wilder, New Year’s Eve programming, and select on-site activities.

Yes. Guests may purchase the VIP Evening Experience ticket and enjoy the full evening without an overnight stay.
What accommodations are available?
We offer Water Tower Cabins, Lodge rooms, and the Farmhouse. Overnight rates are based on double occupancy except for the Farmhouse, which accommodates up to six guests.
What activities are included for overnight guests?

Are beverages and food included?
Yes. Champagne and nonalcoholic beverages are complimentary throughout the evening, and all food is included. Our full-service bar will also be open for additional beverage purchases.
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Is there a dress code?
