After completing his degree at the University of Tennessee, Steven took over management of the family property. Steven has worked hard to restore sustainable and responsible farming while developing a true wildlife habitat.

Marlee joined us in January 2021 at the early stages of development for our new concept. She brings a sincere dedication to the guest experience and has a passion for earnest connection, sustainable living, regional cuisine, and remarkable moments.
With Windy Hill since 2017, Prescott got his degree in Environmental Soil Sciences from the University of Tennessee. He loves working with the animals and restoring the wildlife habitat. He’s also an amateur photographer.
An East Tennessee native, Ben relishes the opportunity to highlight the unique food culture this region has to offer. Ben’s seasonal, farm and garden-to-table menu will nourish, interest, and educate diners and give them a meaningful, memorable experience.
Lead Hunting Guide
Jack has been guiding quail hunts for 20-plus years. He has worked with five lodges in three states (AL, KY, TN) as well as grouse hunts in Michigan. He has run dozens of bird dogs over the years and knows how to put guests on great birds.
Daniel joined Windy Hill in early 2022 and is thrilled to bring his energy and passion for the outdoors to the farm. He loves seeing guests enrich themselves and engage with nature during their stays here.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee’s Organic Crop Production program, Don’s focus is on sustainable, organic practices yielding vegetables that are healthy and productive, providing a nutritious, and flavorful product. This also ensures the soil increases in value as it is regenerated instead of degraded. Don loves sharing his passion with guests through our open garden classes.
