Greet the day and prepare for a morning in the field or exploring the great outdoors. The breakfast menu at Wilder mixes familiar Southern classics with light, refreshing options, all crafted to energize and set the tone for an adventurous day.
Breakfast service is at leisure from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. and is reserved for on-property guests.
While making the most of your day, lunch provides a pause to re-fuel and relax. Fresh garden produce finds its way to your table in wholesome salads, flatbreads, sandwiches and more.

Dinner at Wilder will leave a lasting impression. The menu features a collection of small plates, seasonal offerings and nightly specials, all highlighting heirloom ingredients imaginatively prepared. Wilder at Windy Hill
Perched quietly along the Clinch River in the Virginia mountains once sat the Wilder Coal Camp, the birthplace and home of our farm founder “Big George.” Drawing its name and inspiration from this camp, our on-property restaurant pays homage to those who came before us: a vibrant people from a variety of cultures. Their ingenuity drives us to adopt a seasonal approach to dining and creatively utilize every part of an ingredient. We are proud to maintain a responsible, sustainable dining program.
