The American South isn’t just Brent Cobb’s home. It’s his muse, too. A Georgia native, he fills his Grammy-nominated songwriting with the sounds and stories of an area that’s been home to southern rockers, soul singers, country legends, and bluesmen. Cobb has a name for that rich tapestry of music — “southern eclectic” — and he offers up his own version of it with his newest album, Southern Star. A journey home
Filled with country-soul songwriting, laid back grooves, and classic storytelling, Southern Star distills the best parts of southern culture into 10 of the strongest songs in Cobb’s catalog. Leading up to its release, Cobb spent much of his time on the road, playing to stadium crowds of 60,000 people as Luke Combs’ opening act. Southern Star is a snapshot of an artist at the peak of his songwriting abilities; it’s also a love letter to his southern roots, made all the more potent by his recent travels. “You know how when you’re growing up, you’re told that if you ever get lost out there, look for the northern star to help find direction back home?” he asks. “Well, I’m from Georgia, so I always look for the southern star.”

Do I have to stay on property?
Not at all! You can purchase general admission and VIP Tickets for the show. However, on-property guests enjoy all the VIP access along with meals and designated seating at the show.
Will there be food/drink at the show?
Yes. We will offer a delicious and inventive take on concert fare from our Granary Kitchen. You can also purchase an all-you-can-eat food pass with your ticket for only $25. There will also be a cash bar.

Is Alcohol Included in the all-inclusive package?
While our all-inclusive package offers a diverse range of amenities, experiences, and food, please note that alcohol is not included, allowing you to personalize your beverage choices.

Will There Be Assigned Or Reserved Seating For The Shows?
General admission guests are encouraged to bring a folding chair or blanket. The nature of the Granary Stage offers all guests an incredible and up-close view of the performance. VIP guests will be provided seating.
Are There Dress Codes For The Farm Or Concerts?
There are no specific dress guidelines for the farm or concert venue in general. Shirts and footwear are required at the restaurant. Come as you are comfortable and dress according to the weather.

What Room Type Should I Purchase If I Require A Wheelchair Accessible Room?
We have two cabins that are ADA accessible, so we would recommend these. We do have one lodge room that is also ADA-friendly with parking near the door, though some doorways are limited. Please contact our concierge at 865-657-1700 for more details. View ADA information.
Can I bring pets?
For those staying overnight, Windy Hill offers select rooms for those wishing to bring their best friend. Please see our Dog Policy for more information. Pets will not be allowed at the concert venue for general admission guests.
What Areas Of The Farm Will I Have Access To?
We encourage guests to explore the entire property during a stay from the garden and orchard to the fields to the river and all points in between. Tours will be available as time allows prior to the show.
Is WiFi Complimentary?
Complimentary WiFi is available in all rooms and main buildings. While we are in a remote location, most cell services provide strong signal around property.
Additional Costs
- Beer, wine and cocktails – Charged per consumption, plus 20% service charge and taxes.
- Standard or Premium Activities – Overnight guests can enjoy our complimentary and included activities. If you choose to enjoy any of our other farm experiences, those will be charged accordingly. We encourage you to schedule these in advance of your stay as they do fill quickly.
- Gratuities – All gratuities are covered by the 20% resort fee which is shared with all staff, so there is no need to worry about tipping. If you wish to show additional appreciation, we are happy to add this to your folio for convenience.
