One thing we love almost as much as day in the field is a great snack afterwards. Around here, that means Chef Ben’s Farm Fresh Pimento Cheese featuring local buttermilk cheddar and fire-roasted peppers. It really takes this Southern classic up a notch! In this case, we suggest you DO TRY this one at home!
Mix the below ingredients in stand mixer until smooth:
1/4 C. cream cheese, softened
1/4 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. roasted red bell pepper, diced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp granulated garlic
A few shakes your favorite hot sauce (to taste)
Fold in 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
Serve with your favorite crackers and pickles, slather on a burger, or grill up a pimento cheese sandwich. It’s a guaranteed crowd pleaser! Store in airtight container and refrigerate for up to 10 days.
