Experience A Personalized Hunt
Striding through thick cover, the crisp Tennessee air, the flush of a hard-flying covey and the camaraderie among friends. Nothing awakens your sense of adventure like a traditional upland bird hunt. Our boutique size along with proper habitat, expert guides and well-trained bird dogs allows us to offer a highly personalized hunt, ensuring individual attention to each guest, no matter the level of experience.
A Unique Taste of East Tennessee Now Open
Now open, Wilder, our cozy cellar dining room, offers guests three meals per day meant to nurture a connection to our land and to each other. Executive Chef Ben Warwick has created a menu to skillfully blend regional Tennessee River Valley fare with international cooking techniques all while utilizing ingredients harvested straight from our property. Wilder offers limited dinner seating for local guests as well.
“Heaven On Earth”
Windy Hill is an absolute sanctuary away from the stress of daily activities.
Sunrise beaming through the rising fog in the valley floor is a glimpse of heaven on earth.
Room to Get Away
Centered around the 40-foot water tower that feeds fresh water to the property, are nine private and spacious cabins. Each features a unique view from field to mountain to the rolling Tennessee River. All enjoy the shade and solitude of the 100-year oak trees carefully preserved from the farm’s early days. Cabins are available now to leisure guests on select weekends.

With 650 acres and two miles of shoreline along the Tennessee River, your only worry may be finding time to take in all our home has to offer. With activities from hiking and bike trails, kayaking and fishing to gardening and cooking classes, everything you need to discover nature is right here.
